1. In the implementation of th instructions of their Excellencies Paul BIYA, President of the Republic of Cameroon, and Idriss DEBY ITNO, President of the Republic of the Chad, and in conformity with the shudule of activities approved by the Minister of Transport of the Republic of Cameroon and the Secretary of Infrastructures, Transport and the Civil aviation of the Republic of Chad, the railway Cameroun-Chad commission held its third session at hotel la falaise of Yaoundé from 2nd-9th of March 2015. 2.The Cameroonian delegation to this commission was led by Pr Robert NKILI, Minister of Transport of the Republic of Cameroon. 3.The Chadian delegation was led by Madam Houa Acyl Ahmat Agabach, Secretary of State in charge of the Civil aviation and the National Meteorology of the Republic of Chad, representing the Secretary of Infrastructures, Transport and the Civil aviation. 4. The technical Partner, in this particular case Bolloré Africa Logistics, was represented by Honorable HAMADOU Sali, permanent Representative of the Bolloré Africa Logistics Group within the COmifer CAM-TCHAD, and Mister Quentin Gérard, Managing director of Camrail.
5. The Minister of Transport of the Republic of Cameroon and Secretary of State in charge of the Civil aviation and the National Meteorology of the Republic of Chad reaffirmed their determination to lead eventually the project of extension of the railroad of Ngaoundéré to N’Djaména, and to accelerate the process of integration in Cemac zone advocated by their Excellencies Paul BIYA, President of the Republic of Cameroon, and Idriss DEBY ITNO, President of the Republic of the Chad.

6.The third session of the Cameroon-Chad railway commission gave rise to the main resolutions below:
- Adoption of the textbook(manual worker) of procedures simplified by elaboration of the feasibility study of the project of extension of the Cameroonian railroad towards the Chad;
- Signature of the Decision related to the composition of railway commission Cameroun-Tchad;
- Adoption of the program of Activities and financing terms of the budget 2015;
- Implementation of the Cell of project through the name of his(her) members by both States and the technical Partner.
7- Within the framework of their activities, the members of the railway commission, visited the quarry Ebaka(to Bélabo), where are produced the ballast and the concrete(watertight) crossbars bi-block used for the renewal and modernization of the existing railway network. Both Leaders of the delegation congratulated the technical Partner for the quality of the installations. 8-The fourth session of Cameroon-Chad ralway commission Cameroun-Chad will be held in N'DJAMENA (Chad) in September 2015. 9-The Secretary of State expressed her gratitude to the Cameroonian Government for all the accorded to her and er delegation during their stay in Cameroon.
